According to U.S Census Bureau, out of the 10 million single parent families with children under the age of 18, about 80% are headed by single mothers - a third live in poverty. Single mothers in Massachusetts need help now more than ever due to economic impact brought on by the pandemic. The pandemic has hit them particularly hard and making it crucial for society to step in and provide assistance through accessible healthcare, affordable housing, job training and comprehensive social programs. To help bridge that gap Victory For Families, Inc. is dedicated to empowering and equipping single moms with the resources and tools they need to become self-sufficient and build a better future for themselves and their families.

Everything we do here is all about making a difference. It's not about reaching for a handout but reaching a hand in. We want to provide the necessary support to single-mother households to ensure that that family is given every opportunity to overcome the statistics. We cannot change how they got there, but we can change where we go from there.
